It's Simple                                  It's Easy                                    It's Free

It is possible for you to obtain certification as Slam Chi level I or II at this time. Becoming a certified Slam Chi practitioner through Slam Chi International is simple, easy, and free! There is no cost and you can receive a certificate after completing the necessary requirements. Slam Chi certification at level I and II is done on a self-assessed and self-proctored manner. This means you must check a box on your request agreeing that you have, in all good faith, completed the listed requirements, that's all there is to it. After completing the registration form and submitting it, you will receive a copy of your certification via email. This will be a PDF file on letter-sized paper (8.5in. by 11in.) and suitable for framing.

Please make sure you have complied with the following instructions:

• Only use your true name (*nicknames will invalidate your certification).

• Pick the correct level, and verify you meet all the requirements.

• Double check your name and email address.

• Capitalize where appropriate, as this is how your certification will be recorded in our records.

• Submitting a certification request using a false name, the name of another person, or a pet's name is not allowed. All such applications are considered invalid and these certifications will not be recognized.

• If we discover that you have submitted an application for certification using false or fraudulent information, we will revoke and invalidate the certification and reserve all rights to identify the user associated with the email address as not in good standing with Slam Chi International.
